This year has been one of great testimonies and grieve stricken trials, but through it all, GOD has kept me.  It's amazing how I can laugh and cry all in the same hour.  A host of emotions that I can't even bare to understand.
My plate is so full, so many expectations, goals, dreams to live for and some to make come true for others.  It's an honor to have those looking to you for answers and success.  But it is also a challenge.  I have chosen this life and sometimes I question my choices.
Trying to be a good wife, trying to be successful so that I can do for my family what most will deem as impossible.  Trying to give my kids a FANTASTIC childhood.  My childhood was AMAZING and sometimes I fear that I'm falling short.  My childhood is a hard shoe to fill, and I want my kids to have what I had and more!!
If I tried to convey everything I felt into this post, it would be a 10 page spread.  So I guess in the condensed version, I have a lot of weight on my shoulders.  Sometimes I welcome it with open arms and other times I want to go into a quiet room and cry/scream!  All I can do is pray that I'm heading the direction that GOD has set forth and that my will is HIS WILL.
Many wish to walk in my shoes, but are you willing to walk a mile???  You want my triumph but are you ready to take on my trail?

Thank you so much @Miz!! Thanks for believing in me. I once told someone that every now and then we need to borrow someone else's faith. Sometimes we need to see ourselves in the glasses of others. Thanks for your warmth and caring spirit. You've always been special and we have to meet one day! You are in my city!!!
Love ya hun!!

If other people's lives were cards in a deck, no matter what face value their cards may contain, chances are I'd keep the one's I've been dealt.

Things do tend to LOOK better, brighter, more desirable on the other side... but we never know the trials & tribulations those others may be dealing with. So, deal w/ your cards, Tia. Treasure the fact that you have some, & know that God, The Ultimate Dealer, gave us each our hands for a reason.

Keep Him first, pray like you breathe, and know that no matter the hills and valleys you encounter in this life, Our Father will deliver and your family through them!

That's it. That's all.

Snatch JOY!

Hi Ms. Tia. You are doing an awesome job. We oftentimes put pressure on ourselves and don't realize the enormous amount of weight until our health begins to suffer. Stay in prayer and use the people He's placed in your life to support, guide, strengthen you. But most importantly, use them to assist you. We spoke once about giving great advice and failing to take it.

I had an anxiety attack recently. After my vacation, I injured my back and was in bed for a week and I felt like I was so behind in the "things" I had to do for others. It completely overwhelmed me. Totally unaware that I just spent the most amazing time in Alaska, all I could think of was who I was supposed to be helping and where I could fit in the time.

I cried out to God believe it or not asking for more time in my day as opposed to His guidance.

He told me to calm myself down and stop trying to save everyone. I took a deep breath and got a good night's sleep.

Today, we begin anew.

Love and peace

As I sit and read all of my comments, I've realized how I've evolved. I used to say, "wow, that was really nice and inspirational."
Now, when I read it, I feel BLESSED!! I feel a WORD has been spoken to me. Maybe I'm looking to hard and hoping to find. LOL..either way, I'm truly blessed by ALL of you. You are blessed to be a blessing!

Butterfly- You always speak to my truth. I sometimes think that God gives you a word just to share it with me because it's always what I need!
Thanks everyone!!
